The phrase ‘Labbaik’ translates from Arabic to mean “I am here,” and that is simply what our business sets out to be. We believe that housing is a necessity that everyone should have equal access to; however, the current housing crisis proves this is not the case.

With families under immense pressure, ranging from those experiencing a sudden eviction, domestic violence or at risk of homelessness, there is a great demand for safe, warm and suitable housing.

As the crisis develops, local councils urgently need temporary emergency accommodation but do not have the supply to match the demand. This is where Labbaik Homes is taking action. We bridge the gap between families approaching their local council in their time of need and receiving permanent, long-term housing.

We work with landlords to let their properties to the local council in support of our ‘life enhancing’ mission to ensure families have a safe, warm, and suitable environment in their toughest times of need. We provide ongoing housing support to the tenants, helping them gain greater independence and sustain a successful tenancy.

By working with us, landlords benefit from guaranteed regular monthly rent, regardless of whether the property is occupied or not. We also offer full property management, including reasonable repairs and maintenance, and guarantee that, subject to any natural wear and tear, the property will be returned in the same condition.
